About Us Countryside Carvery has a purpose built trailer that is established in the great idyllic Yorkshire countryside. We are a team that is friendly and efficient and pride ourselves on being professional. Our fantastic service and choice allows you to enjoy your function or event without suffering the stress. Our staff prepares fresh locally produced roast meats which are served in a fresh bread roll with various seasonings. With an extensive menu you are able to mix and match which roasts you would like and also what specialist seasonings you require. All our roasts are cooked and conform to strict health and hygiene regulations for which all staff are trained to a high standard. All certificates and registrations available on request. Countryside Carvery are also members of NCASS - Nationwide Caterers Association and HTCPL - Huddersfield Town Centre Partnership Limited. . We are available for hire, for many different occasions or events:- Birthday parties, weddings, social and charity events. In addition to many annual festivals and concerts also fetes, county shows, garden parties, and markets of which these could be farmers or food and drink. Why not hire us for the whole day and night for your Halloween, bonfire and firework or Christmas parties we go down a treat, but get in early. (Ask for dates available.)
